Nice studio, new, in a tree-filled and secure residence, ideal for a couple
with a child.

You will appreciate its terrace where you can have an aperitif, grill
plancha fish and prawns.

welcome a child / adolescent.

séjour Sainte Anne

Deuxième partie de séjour à Sainte Anne. Plus touristique que le Nord de l'ile mais les belles plages de carte postales sont ici et fin Novembre, elles sont, en marchant un petit peu, quasi désertes. De belles ballades, sortie en bateau (Denis excursions, vraiment sympas), bars restos sur les plages le soir avec couché de soleil et un ti-punch pour revenir faire trempette dans la piscine de la résidence avec le champ des grenouilles en prime. C'est un grand studio confortable très bien aménagé, propre, proche des commerces, plages...etc. Merci pour le petit cadeau d'anniversaire! Denis Carole :)

Pour la situation

Un peu sur vendu sur l’annonce. La résidence est peu insonorisée et je crains qu’en pleine saison, cela devienne un problème. Par contre, son emplacement est idéal sur la Martinique.

Super séjour

Résidence très bien située pour profiter de Sainte Anne et de ses belles plages. Bémol concernant les accès non sécurisés Logement parfait pour 2 personnes très fonctionnel. Propre et douillet. Bémol la toiture en cours de réparation laisse la pluie pénétrer dans la cuisine. Je recommande sans hésiter malgré ces petites remarques.
