The property was clean and well kept. The WiFi did not work in the unit itself. It did work outside and behind the unit. I purchased an inexpensive eSIM from Holifly which worked. Holifly Data was unlimited but the hotspot use was limited which is tough if you need to work and your computer doesn’t have built in eSIM capabilities. Alain was helpful and welcoming. The location is great and walking to Caravalle beach was easy. We also walked to St. Anne beach and the grocery stores but a car is needed to see the rest of the island. Alain arranged for our transport as well which was wonderful.

Petit lodge bien situĂ© sur la rue donnant accĂšs Ă  la plage La Caravelle, on peut s’y rendre Ă  pied. Restaurants et dĂ©panneur a proximitĂ©. HĂŽte sympathique, accueillant et serviable. L’inconvĂ©nient est que c’est petit et vieux mais en couple on s’en accommode facilement Ă  cause de l’emplacement et de l’hĂŽte prĂȘt Ă  rĂ©pondre Ă  tous nos besoins.

Nice place near Caravelle plage

A very nice place to stay near Caravelle beach and town St Anne. Good foodtrucks within walking distance. Alain is the perfect host. He picked us up at the ferry terminal and stopped at a good supermarket on the way back so we could fill up the refrigerator. He was always very helpful. He also speaks very good english. The place is very nice and quiet with a nice garden. Nothing missing in this place. Alain also drove us to the airport when leaving. We can warmly recommend this place.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour au gĂźte Kazasand oĂč nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par Alain, qui connaĂźt la dĂ©finition de l'hospitalitĂ© ;). Vous devez goĂ»ter le planteur maison, made in Alain ! C'est un hĂŽte chaleureux et aux petits soins pour ses locataires (il a mĂȘme achetĂ© un lit bĂ©bĂ© en derniĂšre minute pour accueillir notre fils). Nous avons aussi pu bĂ©nĂ©ficier du gĂźte Jade, plus spacieux, alors que nous avions initialement rĂ©servĂ© le gĂźte Moana. Logement fonctionnel et agrĂ©able, situĂ© Ă  deux pas de notre plage prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e en Guadeloupe : la Caravelle. Excellent séjour chez Alain et son gßte "Jade"

Preuve qu'Alain est une personne trÚs sympathique, le gßte Jade étant inoccupé et possédant une terrasse plus spacieuse, il nous y a installé alors que nous avions réservé le gßte Moana. Encore merci !!! En prime, la nature environnante et sa faune vous rendent visite le matin pour vous saluer, un vrai plus....A savoir que la terrasse du gßte est bien à l'abri en cas de pluie...et oui ça arrive. En bref, endroit au top, à proximité de la jolie plage de la caravelle et idéalement situé pour rayonner vers Sainte Anne et environs. Alain est comme dit au début, trÚs sympathique, n'hésitez pas à l'inviter pour un apéro, il vous le rendra bien....nous c'est fait ;)
