Au coeur de Sainte-Anne
Bel appartement au coeur de la ville, à proximité des services et de la plage. Quartier animé, entre autres par la présence du marché et de la plage tout près.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'ambiance ainsi que l'accueil de Leila et des guadeloupéens en général.

Anoli Location duplex au centre de Saint Anne
Accueil chaleureux, souriant et sympathique avec de belles attentions (fruits, friandises maison et douceurs locales, un guide pratique pour la vie quotidienne et de tourisme). Propriétaire disponible et attentive au confort de ses locataires.
Décoration colorée. Duplex très spacieux et facile à vivre, sans promiscuité, pour trois ou quatre personnes (2 salles de douche et literie neuve et très confortable : appréciable).
Confortable, propre, fonctionnel (rien ne manque pour préparer ses repas) et lumineux. Equipement TV et internet.
Voisinage calme (seul le bruit du climatiseur d'une salle de fêtes côté loggia couverte est dérangeant).
Accès privé escalier avec digicode. Parking au pied de l'immeuble. Plage, commerces et marché au pied de l'immeuble.Il manque juste une vue plus large sur la mer !

tres bonne location
l'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé, il se trouve juste à coté de la plage, ce qui est très pratique quand on a des enfants, de plus il est très aisé de faire ses courses ou d'acheter à manger, on vous conseil le glacier italien un délice, la propriétaire est sympa et attentive et vous donnera de bons conseils, on reviendra assurément :)

A la hauteur de nos espérances!
Un appartement qui correspond tout à fait aux indications du site...en plus GRAND!
Vaste,sécurisé, hyper cosy , équipé de tout le matériel nécessaire à une famille (jusqu'au kit picnic et palmes mis à disposition ;-), bien ventilé et très propre.
Parfaitement situé au cœur de sainte Anne, c'est aussi très pratique pour se déplacer facilement et profiter de tous les services offerts à proximité (restauration traditionnelle, pas cher et succulente au pied de l'immeuble).
Merci également pour le book actualisé qui permet d'avoir un aperçu de toutes les richesses de l'Ile.
Enfin, des proprios au petits soins, dynamiques et très professionnels .
Aucune hésitation pour un prochain séjour.

Excellent séjour !!
L'appartement est super bien situé. Proche de la magnifique plage de Saint Anne (3 minutes à pieds !!). Proche également du marché journalier tellement typique avec ces épices et ces rhum arrangés... Plus largement, la ville de Saint Anne est idéalement situé pour visiter Grande-Terre et Basse-Terre.
L'appartement est parfaitement agencé et équipé...il est très fonctionnel tout simplement !
Encore merci à Leila pour toutes ses attentions et tous ses conseils !!
Vraiment je recommande vivement cette appartement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!
