90 m² gîte with kitchen, veranda including living room and dining room. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds), shower room and toilet. Central heating. For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival, and all charges are included, except heating from November 1st to April 30th. You have a large enclosed courtyard of 150 m², a garden of 100 m², as well as land around the gîte, ideal for lovers of nature and peace. Roanne is 20 minutes away. Exceptional viewpoint for this house, located on a panoramic site with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. The pretty village of St-Victor, with its river and shops, is 1.5 km away. You can also enjoy the Lac des Sapins, a developed area 15 km away (water sports, nature, children's activities, etc.).
The price includes: - Utilities (heating, electricity, gas, and water)
Please note that in case of excessive consumption, an additional charge may be charged.
