Property amenities not as listed
The property’s amenities stated linens and towels provided. It also stated WiFi and internet. There was no internet. When we got there we were met and let into the property and some points regarding use of sink, fire and garbage pointed out. There were towels out for us but we had brought our own bath towels which we used. The beds were not made up with linens so we made them up from linens that were there. We had paid a security deposit. When leaving the property we cleaned up and stripped the beds leaving the house as it was when we arrived. The property manager refused to return the security deposit as he said the linens and towels had to be paid for as not included in the rental. He would not accept that the property was advertised with these provided. In addition even though advertised with internet WiFi there was none. We would not have booked this property if we had known these amenities were not provided We will raise this further with Home and Away as we have booked with them previously and never had this issue

Une région pleine de richesse
Sous n'importe quel temps cette région est magnifique et les découvertes sans fin . La maison est dans un écrin de verdure très lumineux , et seuls les oiseaux habitent cette nature. Complètement à l'opposé de tout ça, l'intérieur de la maison est remarquable par sa vétusté, principalement au RDC . Dommage de ne pas nous permettre d'avoir un éclairage minimum dans la cuisine, en tout cas au dessus des plaques de cuisson . Toutes les machines fonctionnent bien , mais gros problème de canalisation où l'eau de la machine à laver remonte dans les 2 éviers, qui d'ailleurs peinent à se vider . Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme matériel de cuisine . La SDB du Rdc est aussi à rajeunir . Le 1er étage est à l'opposé du RDC , car plus moderne. La salle de bain , beaucoup plus accueillante , n'a pas pu être utilisée. Une fuite de la douche ( problème de canalisation ?) coulait dans le petit salon du RDC ! Je déconseille le télétravail , car pas d'internet , et le partage de connexion est très aléatoire même avec Orange. Nous ne regardons pas la télévision, mais heureusement car on nous a prévenu que la télécommande avait disparu. Merci à la dame qui s'occupe d'entretenir la maison , d'avoir essayé de nous aider. Mais malgré tout ça , j'ai eu le bonheur de découvrir Le coeur du Puisay

Une belle maison qui mérite quelques améliorations
Cette grande maison, magnifiquement située (très belle vue depuis la terrasse arrière), au calme, mériterait quelques travaux ou améliorations. L'éclairage est très nettement insuffisant dans les chambres du bas et surtout dans la cuisine, il n'y a aucun espace de rangement pour les vêtement et, sur les deux télévisions annoncées, antédiluviennes, l'une ne fonctionnait pas, l'autre a rendu l'âme pendant notre séjour. Enfin, le grille-pain n'a pas de fonction "stop" et est un peu dangereux. Sans doute faudrait-il faire quelques travaux, à l'image de ce qui a été fait au premier étage, étage à la fois fonctionnel et plein de charme. Mise à part ce qui a été noté au préalable, nous n'avons manqué de rien, la maison étant pourvue de tous les équipements et ustensiles nécessaires.

Un séjour un peu décevant
L’emplacement de la location et les abords étaient conformes à nos attentes : la propriété est très vaste et la Puisaye est une région magnifique. A l’inverse on a été plutôt déçus de la maison qui est certes spacieuse mais très vieillotte et ne nous a pas semblé très propre. De surcroît, alors que l’annonce mentionnait que le linge de maison était inclus, on a découvert à l’arrivée que les draps et les serviettes étaient facturés, ce qui nous semble très limite. D’autant plus que quand on est là, on n’a pas vraiment le choix, alors que c’est vraiment sur la foi de l’annonce qu’on n’avait pas pris de draps. Le propriétaire n’a pas été très agréable au téléphone. Bref, c’est sûr qu’on ne reviendra pas.

Au vert et au calme
Grand calme et de l'espace à l'intérieur et extérieur. Dommage qu'il fasse très chaud à l'étage. Des rideaux dans la grande pièce permettrait d'améliorer un peu la situation. Cuisine très bien équipée en matériel. Il ne manquait rien, très appréciable pour des gens qui aiment cuisiner. Beaucoup de visites intéressantes dans le coin.
