Traditionally renovated old building, adjoining a rental property, located on an organic wine estate, 10 km from Lac de Grand Lieu, 25 km from Nantes, and 40 km from Pornic.
450 m² garden with an enclosed rear area. Bicycle storage room with 4 adult bikes available (helmets not provided).
Ground floor: living room with open kitchen, utility room/storage room, and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 double bed (140x190cm) with sink, 2: 1 double bed (160x200cm) with sink, 3: 2 single beds (90x190cm), shower room, and separate toilet.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi access, radio/CD player, and complete baby equipment.
Not included: electric underfloor heating, sheets, and towels. A mandatory cleaning fee is included for business customers (€70).
