Dès votre arrivée vous serez au cœur de la campagne Bordelaise. Un loft dans une maison girondine vous attend avec son parc entièrement clôturé et arboré. Un vaste salon vous accueillera avec une cuisine ouverte toute équipée. Une salle d'eau avec douche et un WC séparé au rez-de-chaussée. Une grande terrasse pour vos petits déjeuner et surtout vos soirées autour du barbecue. Une autre terrasse ou les enfants pourront profiler de cet espace pas très loin de la piscine. A l'étage, 3 belles chambres avec 3 lits twin de 1.60 m et un coin couchages avec 2 lits superposés 'coin montagne" 2 lits de 0.90 m. Une autre salle d'eau avec sa douche et sur le palier avec un WC séparé. Votre semaine magique autour du vin et pourquoi pas découvrir le cloitre des Cordeliers ou monter en haut de la Tour du roi, et peut-être visitez les catacombes de ce village. La piscine privative et sécurisée de 8m x 4,30m semi entourée sera un plus pour vos moments paisibles. Arcachon est à 75 minutes du gîte et la Dordogne à 15 minutes.

großes Haus mit viel Atmosphäre und sehr netten Vermietern
Das Haus ist sehr groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit den alten Holzbalken und gemauerten Wänden hat es sehr viel Atmosphäre. Chantal und Thierry sind sehr, sehr nett, haben uns das Weingut gezeigt und spontan eine Verkostung durchgeführt.

Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Chantal Sclafer. La maison est impeccable, spacieuse, fraîche en été. La piscine est idéalement située devant le vignoble de St-Emilion. La propriétaire est très sympathique, chaleureuse, disponible. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la dégustation de vins de la propriété et la visite des chais. Je recommande vivement cette location ! Une pépite au cœur des vignes
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel, dans un lieu calme,reposant au milieu des vignes. La prestation est de très haute qualité avec un logement possédant tout le confort souhaité et même plus : vaste , très fonctionnel , super équipé , excellente literie, clim,piscine privative,vélos à disposition.....Et le vrai plus l’accueil de Chantal et Thierry. Par leur gentillesse , leur sens du service , ils ont tout fait pour nous permettre de passer un super séjour. Merci à eux de nous avoir fait découvrir leur métier,leur passion de la vigne et du vin,nous ne manquerons pas d’y séjourner à nouveau si nous en avons l’opportunité.

Tres bon séjour chez Chantal et Thierry
La maison au milieu des vignes est juste un pur bonheur.idéale pour un séjour en famille. Conforme â lannonce ,bien équipée on se sent tres vite comme chez soi.
Je voudrais vraiment remercier Chantal et Thierry pour leur gentillesse leur accueil. Nous avons visité leur chai et ils nous fait partagé leur passion du terroir et du vin.Je n oublierais pas cette rencontre et espère revenir tres bientôt.

Au milieu des vignes...
Nous recherchions une maison avec piscine au milieu des vignes et nous avons été enchantés. La maison est au calme, située à qq minutes en voiture de St Émilion et des commerces ou marchés locaux. Tout y est ! Les chambres sont confortables, la pièce à vivre très spacieuse, la terrasse et le jardin sont bien aménagés pour être ‘relax’ et profiter : piscine (clôturée), balançoire pour les enfants, terrain de pétanque.
Chantal et Thierry sont charmants, naturels, aux petits soins sans en faire trop. Nous les remercions encore pour leur gentillesse, pour toutes leurs explications sur la production du vin et la dégustation de leur grand cru 2009 (un délice).

Magnifique propriété à 2 pas de ce magnifique village de Saint Emilion
La maison est vraiment très agréable, notamment la literie. On s'y est beaucoup reposé. La piscine est agréable.
S'il fallait faire une seule remarque c'est la proximité avec la route.
