Beautiful, fully renovated village house located in the Ibarron district of St Pée-sur-Nivelle. Arranged over two levels, the cottage comprises: On the ground floor: - a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher) and dining area - a large living room with a lounge area (sofa, DVD player, armchairs, wood-burning stove) - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) - a shower room/WC - a utility room (tumble dryer and washing machine). Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160cm), each with a washbasin and bidet - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a single bed (90cm) - a shower room - a WC Bed linen is provided. Wi-Fi internet connection (fiber optic). Electric heating is extra. Firewood is provided for the first fire. Private terrace overlooking a lane, with garden furniture and a barbecue (no garden). On-site parking. Shops within 500 meters, in the village center or a supermarket. Numerous hiking trails start from the cottage. €80 cleaning deposit payable upon arrival.
