Ker'n d'Oueil - SAINT PAUL D'OUEIL

Ker'n d'Oueil is an independent house located at an altitude of 1100m in a small, quiet and typical village of the Pyrenees and a stone's throw from the ski resorts. This pretty house renovated in 2019 and facing south will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the mountains in an exceptional environment! Halfway between Bagnères-de-Luchon and the ski resort of Peyragudes, this cottage benefits from an ideal location to enjoy the mountains in summer and winter. Many hikes are possible directly from the house in this Oueil valley, with its small, typical villages and unspoiled nature. The panorama of the Pyrenean peaks is breathtaking; Thomas, a mountain guide, will be able to tell you about it better than anyone! Luchon, 9km away, offers entertainment, shops and services (thermal baths, water park, golf course, swimming lake, equestrian center, etc.). Ker'n d'Oueil is arranged on 3 levels: On the ground floor: entrance, kitchen with dining room, living room (fireplace), WC with washbasin under the stairs. On the 1st floor: the landing distributes three bedrooms each with a bed for 2 people in 160x200cm. The blue room and the yellow room are equipped with a sink. Large shower room, WC. On the 2nd attic floor: the landing gives access to 2 bedrooms with a bed for 2 people in 160x200cm each, a dormitory with 2x2 bunk beds in 90x200cm, a shower room, WC. Gas central heating. Wifi Internet connection. The Chemin de la Hount is used twice a day by flocks of sheep from November to May. It is possible to park your vehicle in the alley, or in the main street and car parks at the end of the village. We live in a house adjoining the cottage so we will see each other during your stay. An outdoor space is reserved for you in front of the house with tables, chairs, parasol, deckchairs and a barbecue. The rest of the garden is shared, you can discover our vegetable garden. Large village house in the Oueil valley, above Luchon, with garden and breathtaking view of the 3000 peaks!

The vacation home features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a fireplace.
