Just 10 km from Libourne's new aquatic center "La Calinésie" and adjoining another gîte, Le Petit Verdot is housed in a newly restored 18th-century winemaker's cottage, built of stone and whitewashed wood. The cottage comprises, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a large living room (fireplace, double sofa bed), and a toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a 160x200cm four-poster bed and its own bathroom and toilet. The second bedroom is a family room with a 140x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bed.
