Located in Saint-Martin-de-la-Cluze at 800m altitude, this charming 110 sqm stone house accommodates up to 6 guests and offers mountain views. You will find 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with king-size bed, a teenager's bedroom with trundle bed, and a child's bedroom with trundle bed suitable for children under 10. The property features 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, plus a separate ground floor toilet. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dedicated workspace. The bright ground floor offers an open-plan living area with wood-burning stove, dining space, and fully functional kitchen with separate area for fridge-freezer, pantry, microwave, and washer-dryer.
Step outside to your private 300 sqm grassy garden and large wooden terrace refurbished in 2024. Outdoor amenities include a table with parasol, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, exercise bike under wooden shelter, hammock, hanging chair, and swing. Three bikes are available: one adult mountain bike, one for a 13-year-old, and one for an 8-year-old.
Shared parking is available at the property. Events are not permitted.

A nearby alpaca farm offers tours and riding lessons available for an extra fee. You are 15 minutes from Lac de Monteynard, 25 minutes from Gresse en Vercors, 35 minutes from Mens, 50 minutes from Lans en Vercors, and 1 hour from Chamrousse ski resort. Sheets and towels are provided for stays of 4 nights or more.
