The house faces due south and offers uninterrupted views over the typical Cotentin bocage countryside. It is also 25 minutes from Granville and Saint-Lô, 20 minutes from Villedieu-les-Poêles, and less than an hour from Mont-Saint-Michel and the D-Day landing beaches.
