Former Farm / Longère between Sea and Countryside.
The Ferme de la Caillebotte is a renovated old Farmhouse, ideally located between the sea and the countryside.
The view of the fields and the proximity of the beaches make it an exceptional place to unwind and discover this magnificent region, on foot, by bike or by car.
You will have a large living room and a beautiful double exposure kitchen with access to a beautiful outdoor area. You will take advantage of the garden furniture and the deckchair to taste the joys of eating out and relaxing in peace.
The main bedrooms upstairs will bring you serenity and are as far as the eye can see over the fields. The bedding is new. The bedroom with 2 single beds overlooks the rear garden as well as the bathroom.
The very high ceilings will give you a feeling of space, well-being and the house will make you feel calm and comfortable.
It is located 2 minutes from shops, 5 minutes by car from the beaches, Thermes Marins and 10 minutes from the Old Town.
Parking in front of the Longère.
From there you can discover the Emerald Coast, Dinard, Cancale, Dinan, Le Mont St Michel and the different districts of St Malo like St Servan and the Solidor Tower.
You will taste delicious pancakes and pancakes as well as exquisite oysters or seafood!

Ideally situated, comfortable base

We were only able to stay two nights in the Ferme Caillebotte and we got the two wettest days of the summer, but we had a really lovely time. There were six of us, parents plus 4 teenage children, and the house was perfectly appointed. There is a feeling of peace and a spirit of simplicity inside the house and the location is really magnificent (at the edge of a village right beside the coast). The converted farmhouse is connected to the past and although, at the back, it looks onto a new housing development, at the front there are fields extending to the horizon. We got a very warm welcome and would thoroughly recommend the property to anybody wanting to explore Saint-Malo and its surroundings. Beautiful!

Das Objekt lag sehr ruhig am Rande von St. Malo. Bäckerei war gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Gute Anbindung an Schnellstrasse/Autobahn um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Bretagne zu erreichen. Übergabe/Rückgabe war sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Au calme de Saint Malo

Belle bâtisse agréable, assez bien équipée. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter Saint Malo et ses alentours. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Cependant, elle est très humide, et manque d'entretien. Il ne faut pas être trop regardant sur la propreté. La salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite à neuf. Les toilettes sont imprégnés de mauvaises odeurs. C'est dommage, car cela reste une belle maison. En l'état, elle ne vaut pas son prix. Pour terminer sur une note positive, L'accueil de notre hôte a été super agréable, sympathique et réactif au cours du séjour, merci !
