Welcome to this beautiful family house "Pavillon d'Emeraude" in Saint-Lunaire. Recently built, this modern house is located in a quiet residential area 2 km from the first beaches of Saint-Lunaire. The accommodation features a terrace with an unobstructed view and a large garden.
This 122 m² house can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for a family stay.
On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a sofa, television and dining table for 6 people. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, induction hob, freezer, refrigerator, toaster. A bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, as well as a separate toilet. A laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, a clothes horse and a clothesline. A garage accessible for charging an electric vehicle and with 4 bicycles (with helmets and locks).
