Balcony-terrace access. 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190cm). 1 bathroom (shower) with WC and washing machine. Sheets included and beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen included. Private covered parking. Pleasant gîte enjoying a quiet and green environment with easy access to many points of interest in the region via the A43 motorway. Good comfort and warm country spirit. Access to Saint François Longchamp station 22km away. Swimming at the Saint Alban d'Hurtières lake 8km away. Shops open all year in Aiguebelle. Gîte located in the heart of the famous Maurienne valley, in a privileged location for exploring the region by car, hiking or cycling on the many developed cycle routes (Col de La Madeleine nearby). 22km from the St François Longchamp ski area, 70km of ski slopes and 40km of cross-country ski trails, connected to the Grand Domaine (Valmorel, Cellier, Doucy Comblelouvière). Close to the Lauzière massif, Arvan-Villard or the Vanoise National Park for magnificent hikes to high-altitude lakes. Getaway to Italy via the Fréjus Tunnel or the Mont Cenis pass. Ideal for a varied and sporty stay!
