Charming renovated chai in the heart of the village - 4 pers.:
Discover the authentic charm of this renovated, modern 100 m², 3-star furnished holiday home in the heart of a village located between the beaches of Fouras, the local islands, the golf course and the marshes.

The entrance leads to a large, bright living room featuring an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen and a lounge (2-seater sofa bed, flat-screen TV, radio-CD player, connected loudspeaker...), all opening onto a 30 m2 terrace not overlooked (garden furniture + BBQ) and a garden.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The 'contemporary' staircase to the first floor has no railing (see photo) or guardrail. This

installation means that this property is not suitable for our senior citizens or young children.

Also, as the bedrooms are only on the first floor, this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Upstairs, the landing leads to :

- Bedroom 1: 1 “trundle” bed, offering 2 unfolded 80x200 beds (or the possibility of a double bed), closet and hanging space.

- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140x190, wardrobe, adjoining dressing room.

- Bathroom: double washbasin, Italian shower and WC

In addition to the terrace and garden, you'll have access to a storage area (Weber barbecue, plancha, washing machine, drying rack, refrigerator with freezer, etc.) and a lean-to for your bicycles.

Saint Laurent de la Prée is a typical village in the Charente region:

On your arrival you will be welcomed by La Conciergerie Immobilière Rochefort Océan et Fouras, who will introduce you to the house, hand over the keys, give you all the useful and tourist information you need and assist you if necessary during your stay.

Heerlijk huis om in te verblijven wanneer je van rust en ruimte houdt. Huis ligt in een klein dorpje maar dicht genoeg bij winkels / restaurant / recreatie. Wij kwamen om te fietsen en te golfen. Genoeg variatie en mogelijkheden hiervoor. Gegeten bij het plaatselijke eetcafeetje: heerlijk en gezellig. Om smorgens je croissant niet te hoeven missen zit er op loopafstand een ambachtelijke bakker.
