Great stay

One nighter…. Very well located. There was free parking very close by. We had a deluxe room, the bathroom was tiny but the room was big enough, comfy bed and nice linen…. perfect for an overnighter, close to everything. For the price point it was really good value and very clean. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes. You can hear the traffic if you are a light sleeper- we enjoyed the connection to the town personally and the middle of the night was quiet. And the place is worth a visit for sure….

Cheap and chic

Clean, sunny, and convenient. Rooms are exactly as pictured - it’s not a luxury hotel, but stylish and chic at a great price. Hotel faces the major road through town so if you’re a light sleeper, there is street noise despite double paned windows, but earplugs are provided as a precaution. The location can’t be beat if you’re traveling via public transport - 1 block from the bus station and across the street from the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Pleasant experience

Overall a very pleasant experience. 4/5. Pros: Central location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Room was small but not too small. Nice shower! Cons: Very very noisy at night, and the in early hours. At least they provided ear plugs! Possibly a bit expensive for what you get. I did book last minute however.

Hotel very convenient for town, aircon not working but fan provided in room. Staff excellent and helpful. Breakfast disappointing - stale croissants, much better at "Donnie Ocean" a few doors away.

Nice little hotel in st Jean de luz

Very nice little hotel. Everything you need, a safe, a good shower and plenty of room in the bathroom. Just across from the train station and minutes away from the centre. Breakfast was simple but good quality. Hosts were very helpful and pleasant. The only downside was that the room was a little warm with no fan. Was ok with the window open but noisy on the Friday night with a late bar not far away but helpful supply of ear plugs in the room. Overall would rate highly and would stay again.

Room smelled really bad of cologne

We didn't have a queen sized bed but two beds, the room stunk of heavy cologne, with extremely uncomfortable beds. There is only on-street parking behind the hotel (the hotel is on a main road) which we got lucky for but may be an issue and payment required. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was expensive at €8 but much better quality than the room.

A very good value - really a gem.

For people like us, proximity to the bus station is important. You might fear noise or other adverse impacts; not so here! The hotel is simply great. The room was cheerful, clean, bright, (yes, small, but plenty of room for two of us and our large travel bags. Very nice breakfast buffet option included hot items cooked to order. Nice shower.
