This 200m² chalet, recent, all in wood, perfectly decorated and equipped for a family or friends' stay and very comfortable.
Beautiful sunny outdoor terrace in summer, private garden so that children can play safely and under the watchful eye of their parents. Located at the foot of the slopes of the family resort of St Jean d'Aulps, 300m from the ski lifts, the first shops (supermarket, bars, restaurants, sports shop) and the Ski School.
Access to the ski areas of Morzine, Avoriaz or Les Gets can also be done by shuttle buses passing through the resort centre or by car (only 15 minutes journey).

Family Stay - August 2019 (13 people)
Very good size and condition for our group with lots of separate rooms. Showers and all equipment including washing machine worked well. Did not manage to get English TV channels (perhaps instructions need updating?) This was not important for us. The views and environment at the back of the chalet and garden were very good. However there was noise and disturbance at times from young people in a hostel across the road from the property. We travelled a lot so this wasnt a big problem for us. If you were looking to spend a lot of peaceful time in the chalet during the day it would not be ideal. In summary a large and very well equipped chalet which we all enjoyed.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren
Letzte Woche verbrachten wir eine Woche Ferien im «Chalet Phoenix» in St.Jean-d-Aulps (Haus Nr 1589417, Reservierungsnummer 11602730).
Dieses Haus war leider ein grosser Frust. Vieles war defekt und dreckig. Mit «dreckig» meine ich z.B. Flusen und Popel an den Wänden, Brotkrumen und Haare in der Besteckschublade, klebriges Sofa mit Strassenschuh-Abrdücken.
Wir haben zuerst mit drei erwachsenen Personen eine Stunde lang das Haus geputzt, damit wir uns einigermassen wohl fühlten.
Defekt waren diverse Lampen, der DVD Player im UG, sämtliche Fernbedienungen vom Fernseher im EG, Bodenleiste zur Küche (mit hervorstehenden Nägeln), Klappstuhl (ist beim absitzen zusammen gebrochen), 2 von 3 Sitzsäcken in der Stube, Nachttischlampe (Schirm lag defekt neben der Lampe), die Duschkabine im UG, usw.
Das Haus war mal schön, ist nun aber sehr schlecht unterhalten und wird schlecht gereinigt.
Wegen der defekten Dusche im UG haben wir die Einliegerwohnung nicht benutzt - obwohl wir das Haus gerade wegen diesem Rückzugsort gebucht haben. Und auch die Sauna lud nicht gerade zum Erholen ein. Man sah deutlich, dass sie öfters als Abstellkammer benutzt wird, sie war entsprechend dreckig.
Wir fanden halb gefüllte Abfallsäcke im Haus, diverse gebrauchte Socken in den Schubladen und auf der Terrasse lagen angekohlte Holzscheite von den Vorgängern. In vielen Nischen, Kästchen und Ablagen war Gerümpel wie Spiele, Zeinen mit losen Duplos, Kissen, Plastikbecken und Ähnliches. In der Küche undefinierbares Zubehör von Mikrowelle oder Kühlschrank(?) und abgelaufene Lebensmittel.
Mit dem Vermieter haben wir mehrmals Kontakt aufgenommen. Mitte Woche wurde die Bodenleiste repariert, der defekte Stuhl ersatzlos entfernt und eine neue Nachttischlampe geliefert. Der Rest blieb defekt und unbrauchbar.
Bei der Hausabgabe haben wir die Mitarbeiterin nochmals auf die Umstände angesprochen. Sie versprach uns, die Reinigungsgebühr zurück zu erstatten - immerhin.
Alles in allem sind wir wirklich enttäuscht von diesem ungepflegten Haus. Dies ist kein Ort, an dem man seine Ferien verbringen möchte. Aus diesem Grund bitten wir sie, uns für die ganzen Unannehmlichkeiten und die nur teilweise Verfügbare Ferienunterkunft einen Teil des Mietpreises zu erstatten.
Gerne erwarten wir eine Rückmeldung mit ihrem Lösungsvorschlag.

J'ai été un peu déçue de prime abord en découvrant que le chalet était mitoyen, ce qui n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce.
De plus il se situe en station, ce qui est certes un avantage l'hiver pour le ski, mais l'été tous les commerces sont fermés, le village est mort.
Les photos sur le site sont un peu trompeuses en ce sens qu'elles donnent une impression d'agrandissement d'espace qui n'est pas au rendez-vous une fois sur place.
La cuisine est petite et peu fonctionnelle, heureusement que nous n'étions que 8 adultes et 4 enfants car au-delà ça aurait été un peu juste.
La table de salle à manger a des rallonges, mais il ne reste alors plus beaucoup de place pour bouger.
La terrasse est très agréable, quoiqu'un peu petite pour y manger tous ensemble.
Ceci dit, l'agencement des chambres est très fonctionnel, sur trois étages, ce qui permet que chacun puisse être tranquille(nous étions 2 familles avec enfant et quelques célibataires).
Avoir 3 salles de bains est un gros atout et le jardin est bien, quoique n'étant pas clos.
Nous avons néanmoins passé une excellente semaine à profiter de la région.

Super semaine au chalet Phoenix
Nous etions 3 familles avec 7 enfants et nous avons passe une super semaine : chaque famille avait son espace et une grande piece de vie pour se retrouver.
Le domaine skiable est parfait pour petits et grands et le chalet est a 3mn a pied des remontees.
