Beautiful location

The chalet was small, cute and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony made it wonderful every morning and evening we were there. The property would be 10/10 if there we bed sheets we didn't need to rent and wifi available. Thanks Maurice!

Vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc

Le chalet est magnifique mais chemin d'accès très compliqué. Il faut absolument un 4x4 ou des chaînes. Par contre le chemin qui mène à la station du Bettex est un vrai plus.

Situation et ambiance du chalet

Sa situation géographique est excellente, point assez négatif c'est la montée possible que d'une seule voiture pour se garer à côté du chalet. En bas de cette montée, le stationnement des voitures est difficile et on a même trouvé un mot sur le pare-brise comme quoi il était interdit de se garer (mot anonyme). Trop de mobiliers dans le chalet et l'ambiance générale ne sentait pas la propreté.

Vue sur mt blanc

Appartement très agréable. Il est situé dans un chalet partagé avec d'autres appartements. - Le chalet est situé en hauteur dans la montagne. Il faut compter 15 minutes, l’été, pour aller à Saint Gervais sur une route de montagne. - Le chalet est difficilement accessible en voiture. La route finie par un chemin de terre très raide. - Il n’y a qu’une place de parking. Il faut garer la 2e voiture au parking «un peu » plus loin à 600 m dans la montée. :( - Accès rapide à des chemins de randonnée - Vue magnifique. - Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu voir des chevreuils..  - 10 personnes peuvent dormir confortablement.

Inaccessible

Le chalet est très agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle mais vu le prix du séjour, on serait en attente d'avoir un logement propre, de l'eau chaude à tout moment, une prise de courant qui fonctionne dans la salle de bain, des rideaux de douche, un porte douche en état, une vaisselle obsolète, des casseroles dont le Téflon est usé (cancérigène), un aspirateur en fin de vie, les literies à revoir ( peu confortable). Sur le site Abritel, le lieu ne correspond pas sur la carte Google malgré que nous avons trouvé le chalet bien placé pour l'accès au piste . Par contre, le chalet se trouve à 300 m d'une route, le chemin est impraticable (neige ou verglas) et très dangereux un équipement (pneu neige/chaines) est obligatoire , le chemin est tellement en pente que je n'ai pas voulu prendre de risque pour ma famille. Nous avons monté et descendu à plusieurs reprises le chemin avec valises, courses, ma mère de 76 ans et petits enfants de 4 et 6 mois, autant vous dire que c'était une corvée à chaque déplacement. Je suis déçu que nous n'aillons pas eu toutes ces informations avant, sinon nous aurions choisi un autre chalet. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour dans la station de St Gervais les Bains.

Chalet dall’enorme potenziale ma purtroppo non gestito correttamente.

ASPETTI POSITIVI: -posizione isolata (per alcuni può essere negativo, la strada d’accesso non è battuta e in inverno spesso coperta da ghiaccio e neve: senza catene o 4x4 non si sale). -vista spettacolare: situata a Le Bettex, ci si sveglia con di fronte il Monte Bianco. -accesso agli impianti di risalita tramite sci: seguendo la pista di sci di fondo dietro allo chalet si arriva direttamente all’ovovia di Le Bettex. -spaziosa (ma non per dieci persone): sebbene vi siano dieci posti letto, difficilmente si riescono a gestire spazi e servizi per dieci persone. ASPETTI NEGATIVI: -sporcizia ed incuria: tralasciando il fatto che è uno chalet che viene affittato (e che quindi lo sporco è imputabile a vacanzieri forse non molto educati). Abbiamo dovuto ripulire completamente la cucina; comprare una pentola (che abbiamo deciso di lasciare a disposizione nella cucina) che non perdesse pezzi. Coperte con peli e polvere (ripulite da noi), letti e tappeti che abbiamo provato a “bonificare” con l’aspirapolvere datoci in dotazione: un apparecchio molto vecchio con all’interno un sacchetto raccogli-polvere apparentemente mai sostituito. Concludendo, se siete persone che si adattano, la casa è l’ideale soprattutto per la posizione. Ma non mi sento di dire che, dalle condizioni in cui l’abbiamo trovata, essa valga la cifra che chiedono.

super vacances !

Nous avons apprécié le site, face au Mont Blanc, et la possibilité de skier sans devoir reprendre les voitures ! L'appartement du chalet est très bien aménagé; la décoration y est chaleureuse et le chauffage confortable. Nous n'avons pas osé utiliser la cheminée à feu de bois mais elle existe et semble fonctionnelle. L'accès par le chemin a été un peu "compliqué", en raison des chutes de neige et des plaques de verglas rendant le sol fort glissant. Nous avons préféré monter les bagages à pied, avec l'aide de luges que nous avions apportés; pour des personnes cardiaques, il est préférable d'éviter cet exercice ! des véhicules 4x4 avec des pneus neige passaient mais l'équipement de chaines s'est révélé pour nous insuffisant. Merci aussi aux propriétaires pour les appels téléphoniques, permettant de préparer notre arrivée. Les 3 chambres et la mezzanine permettent d'accueillir 10 personnes dans de bonnes conditions de confort, sans utiliser de canapé-lit, ce qui est malheureusement souvent le cas dans les logements de vacances ... A recommander malgré le prix ! St Gervais les Bains, le Bettex et la chaine du Mont Blanc sont si beaux sous la neige !! Il parait que l'été , c'est bien aussi ...
