Discover this warm and bright holiday home!
Located in a small private condominium just steps from the town center, it offers all the comforts needed for a successful holiday. Please note that the house is not equipped with heating.

The living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, opens onto an interior courtyard.
The independent kitchen includes a 4-burner gas stove with oven, microwave, SENSEO coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and fridge with freezer compartment. It opens onto a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends using fresh market produce.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 cm)

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (120 cm each)

A bathroom with shower and washing machine and a separate WC complete the house.

The furnishings are simple and rustic, but everything is designed to provide comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy the sun on the terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture.

The two other houses in the condominium are also available for seasonal rental.

Amemenagement cour et clefs

La maidon est idéalement située: à 2 pas du centre-ville et de la grande plage. Les oreillers sont de très mauvaise qualité : tout plat, rembourage inexistant. Nous n avions qu une clef pour 2 personnes alors que nous avions des activités et un rythme de vie tres différents. Malgré mes demandes, l agence a refusé de me faire un bouble et nous avons parfois du attendre le retour de l un de nous pour rentrer dans la maidon, ce qui à 84 ans peut etre compliqué. La cour commune gagnerait (tres facilement) à être aménagée pour gagner un peu d intimité avec les autres locataires, un local poubelle serait un minimum pour ameliorer la vue et l odeur.
