Beautiful 24sqm studio for 5 people with a north-east facing balcony, at the foot of the slopes and shops.

- On the 1st floor with lift.

- Living room with 140cm sofa bed and flat-screen TV.

- Kitchen area with traditional oven, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker and all crockery and cutlery.

- Sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps two), separated from the living room by a curtain.

- Shower room with large shower cubicle and separate toilet.

This accommodation is in the “Comfort” range, and therefore includes bed linen (one set per bed) and towels (one large and one small towel per person), as well as end-of-stay cleaning (you are responsible for folding the bedding, returning the sheets to reception, emptying and disposing of the garbage cans and cleaning the kitchen area).
