On the ground floor:
- A living room with entrance, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- La Petite Fadette: single bedroom with a 120cm antique Berry-style bed
- Le Grand-Meaulnes: double bedroom with a 160cm bed or two 80cm beds
- Marie-Claire: double bedroom with a 140cm bed
- Shower room/toilet
- Landing with luggage rack
Outside:
- Large landscaped garden and vegetable garden shared with the owners
- Terrace with garden furniture and a griddle
- Ping-pong table available for guests
