Both room and property were overall pretty nice and kept clean. It’s located right next to a school and gas station but still was super quiet at all times. Staff was friendly, only complain is strong smell of sewer water coming from the bathroom at night.

I know that you get what what you pay for - but guys this is horrible. I am speachless. This is waste of money. We got croissants, bread and baguettes for breakfast. The first day we barely got any more croissants when we asked for refill, and the second day we didn't have any baguettes because they were gone. Although the reviews say that the cleanliness is good, this was not our case. We are very disappointed. We could go somewhere else if the reviews are accurate.

Online did not show hotel was behind a 24 hour petrol station. The bed was terribly hard and the room was very stuffy because we could not open the windue due to noise and fumes from the petrol station. Breakfast extremely limited

Everything was very good about this property. EXCEPT our mattress was awful. For our night rate I expect something different than a broken down hard mattress. It was very hard to sleep. Need new mattress and our stay would have been better. Thank you.

I am still awaiting a refund of £76.94 having been charged wrongly on check in having already prepaid. I did insist to the man that I had paid but he didn’t believe me despite showing my paperwork. my small child needed the toilet so I just paid so she could get in the room. On checking my bank statement I proved I had paid. I was promised a refund but this has yet to happen this is not acceptable

Great value but so,difficult to find!

Good value hotel, a little grubby in places, wi-fi wasn’t working so finding public transport was quite challenging especially as the staff hardky spoke any English and my French isn’t too good.

This place was disappointing, it is located right next to a gas station. The room was extremely small, no screens on windows, and no air conditioning. We did not stay the night, and ended up going to another hotel.

Shabby and not chic!!!!

Cheap should not have to be shabby, grimey, unkept, noisy etc etc. The property is situated on the same plot as a petrol station with two car washes which is NOT shown on any photo's! The hotel has not been well kept and it shows. The room did not feel clean the walls felt grubby and I really did not want to use the shower. The sound insulation was non-existent and we did not sleep properly for the noise of people either walking upstairs or making noise. Having stayed at many Ibis budget hotels this is by far the worse and does a disservice to the brand.

Easy drive to Versailles

Staff was helpful, room is like a hostel looking room with its needs, clean and fresh towels/sheets it delivered its purpose. breakfast was cheap and ok continental. Had a nice easy 10 minute drive to Versailles.

Basic, and Good Value. No Wifi

Slowest Wifi I've encountered and there is no excuse for that in 2017 (couldn't even post to Twitter). Other than that, it had a bed and private bathroom, and was a pretty easy walk/train ride or Uber/taxi to the Chateau de Versailles.
