Beautiful holiday home, 2 bedrooms with mezzanine, sleeps 6, 2 sides, (45.23m²), 300m from the beach, 100m from the port, shops and entertainment, in a high-standard residence with swimming pool, tennis court, pétanque court, and children's playground. Terrace and enclosed courtyard (30m²), northwest facing: garden furniture, BBQ and electric griddle. On the ground floor, entrance through a semi-open kitchen: microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, electric coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, vacuum cleaner. Shower room with WC. Air-conditioned living room: LCD TV, sofa, fridge-freezer, modern furniture. 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm), wardrobe and wall-mounted TV. On the 1st floor, a mezzanine with a sofa bed (140cm), a second air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and a TV, and a wardrobe. Parking space #35 is marked on the ground outside the residence. Clothes drying rack and ironing kit are provided. The ideal base for family holidays, in a beautiful residence close to all amenities. The residence features a secure swimming pool, open from June 15th to September 30th. Small pets are welcome.
