The ground floor opens onto a beautiful, bright and well-arranged living space. On the left, a cosy living room with sofas, armchairs and television invites you to relax after a day at the beach. In the centre, a large dining table faces the bay window overlooking the terrace, perfect for convivial meals. On the right, a modern open kitchen awaits you, fully equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press and all the utensils necessary for your culinary preparations. At the back of the house are a shower room with shower and hair dryer as well as a separate toilet.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of three comfortable bedrooms: a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a bedroom with a single bed (90x190), and a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190). Ideal for a family with children or to accommodate friends independently.
