Rétaise authentic house near the beach
It's a typical house of the island of re hidden in the heart of a hamlet in the shadow of the lighthouse whales and very close to the most beautiful beach of the island. Heart for this restored fisherman's house today and offered to travelers in July. You will appreciate my accommodation for the brightness, comfort combining charm and modernity. It now has a courtyard terrace facing south not adjoining behind the house at 30 m with barbecue, garden furniture, deckchair, lighting for the summer evenings on the island
MANDATORY CLEANING COSTS at the exit are 50 €
My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers and families (with children). It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom, 1 double sofa bed true mattress downstairs in the living room
ATTENTION, from October 1st to April 30th (winter), SUPPLEMENT HEATING 5 € / night to be paid on arrival; from May 1st to September 30th, NO CENTRAL HEATING (if exceptionally it is cold during this period, wood heating possible

To go to the non-adjoining COURT, you have to go out of the house to go left and go through the passageway you arrive in a big yard, to pass in front of the red house and then on your left you see a white wall with a door and a blue shutter, it's the COURT, open the door with the key and you're there!

Maison calme et bien située.
Petite maison bien située, belle ballade le soir au bord de l'océan. Phare des Baleine à pieds, très appréciable. L'accueil qui ne se fait pas en direct avec le propriétaire et pas forcement en arrivant dans le logement m'a gêné un peu pour l'état des lieues car des remarques auraient pu être faites dès notre arrivée et certaines choses changées pour notre séjour. Autrement je recommande ce logement pour passer un bon séjour sur l'île de Ré.

Maison de ville donnant sur rue calme du hameau, jardin non attenant et pas nettoyé donc non utilisé.
Literie HS qu'il faut changer d'urgence, ameublement et équipement minimalistes avec certains détails "amusants" comme le micro-onde en haut du frigo de 2m ou écran TV minimini). Si le confort vous importe peu, c'est une location très bien située, sinon évitez)

Excellent séjour à l'île de ré.
Meuble et lavabo dans douche à l'étage pas très pratique. Une séparation serait plus judicieuse. Un pare douche en bas serait plus pratique. Rampe de l'escalier pas très stable , un peu dangereuse à notre goût. Sinon bien équipée mais nous avons passé peu de temps dans la maison.
