Located 5 km from the town of Le Bugue (all amenities), this 51 m² semi-detached house shares a wall with another Gîtes de France rental (ref. 24G156056). It is on the raised ground floor and features a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with one double bed), a shower room, and a separate WC. A cot is available. Electric heating is provided. The property includes a shared, unfenced garden of 1300 m², garden furniture, and a barbecue. Electricity is included. Towels are available for €16 per person per change, bed linen for €24 per bed per change, and end-of-stay cleaning for €40. The accommodation is ideally situated for visiting the tourist sites of the Dordogne Valley (3 km from Limeuil) and the Vézère Valley (fishing is available 100 m away).
