Access via the wooden terrace (40 m2). Apartment offering a living room-kitchen (BZ sofa bed for 2 people 140x190 cm), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower), WC. 1 step to access the terrace (then 1 step from the living room to the bathroom and 1 step to access the WC). Entrance to the property under video surveillance. In the heart of the Savoyard foreland, perched on the village of Saint Béron, 10 minutes by car from Lake Aiguebelette, the motorway or 20 minutes from Chambéry, La Marmotte offers you a large terrace equipped for enjoy the panorama of the countryside. Address to remember, 7 km from Lake Aiguebelette, in the heart of the Savoy-foreland countryside, with terrace and panoramic view.
