spacious house with a great view of the Vercors

Authentic, spacious house, well situated in the beautiful park du Vercors. Great view: you'll see the wild animals of the park (deer’s, foxes, groundhogs, numerous species of birds of prey etc.) from the house. Nice to start walks or travel a bit further, higher; national park des Ecrins is not too far away. A bit messy, untidy, but you'll find everything you need and more. A car is indispensable for getting fresh bread, groceries etc. (15 minutes’ drive). We really enjoyed ourselves!!

Supercharmante Haus und Wanderparadies

Das Haus in stiller Einsamkeit und 5-10 minutige Spaziergang zum idylische Saint-Andeol unter der beeindruckende Bergmassiv ist ein Wander und Joggenparadies. Es lohnt sich eine Wanderung hinauf zum Gipfel und der Blick zum anderen Seite. Der App komoot ist empfehlenswert für jeden Gebiet und Wanderung.

Semaine entre amis

Nous avons passé dans ce chalet une très agréable semaine entre amis ce mois d'août. Il est très bien situé, suffisamment isolé pour profiter du calme de la montagne (superbe vue depuis les terrasses), proche de Monestier de Clermont pour les courses et les marchés, à 20 min à pied de la rivière et proche des départs de belles randonnées au pied du massif du Vercors. Il est aussi bien équipé, et même avec des jeux qui ont fait le bonheur de deux petits enfants. Jean-Luc et Alain on été très disponibles et arrangeants pour l'entrée et la sortie du logement..

Vue panoramique inoubliable dans le Vercors!

Belle grande demeure qui a une âme. Mobilier rétro OK mais les literies mériteraient d’être rénovées. Seules 3 chambres sont vraiment exploitables. Barbecue au gaz très appréciable ! Quelle vue et quel calme depuis la terrasse, un vrai atout.

Super séjour au calme au mileu des montagnes alpines et des près. La maison est bien agencée, rien ne manque. Nous avons été ravi de cette location dans un cadre magnifique. Juste un petit bémol, certaines literies sont un peu fatiguées. Je recommande vivement cette belle maison pour passer de supers moments entre amis ou en famille.

Très bon séjour en famille

Un chalet magnifique. Tous les aménagements en bois d'orme massif. L'équipement est surabondant à tous points de vue. La grande pièce, les deux terrasses, permettent la vie à douze sans se bousculer. Pendant les deux semaines de canicules (32° dans la journée), l'intérieur est resté vivable. Seul bémol : trois chambres pour douze personnes, c'est un peu compliqué à gérer ; heureusement les terrasses ont accueilli ceux qui ont dormi à la belle étoile. A cette altitude les ciels sont magnifiques. Ils s'en souviendront ! Par contre le dortoir, c'est génial pour les ados. Un point à rectifier dans la description : les lits doubles font 140 de large, et non 150. Et l'adresse postale est inconnue de tous les sites de cartographie, donc des GPS. Pour conclure c'est un lieu où il fait bon vivre. Merci à nos hôtes.

Excellent séjour. Région superbe. Chalet au calme, vue superbe, très agréable à vivre, bien équipé. Hôte très accueillant. Petit bémol. Il n’y a que 3 vraies chambres , plus une mezzanine avec 2 lits. Le dortoir est difficilement accessible et les fenêtres du dit dortoir sans volets ni rideaux occultants. Pour autant nous recommandons vivement ce lieu de villégiature.

Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est complètement équipée en électroménager ce qui est un confort. L’accueil fait par Alain a été parfait. Une vue imprenable sur les montagne, la maison est situé dans un écrin de verdure. Randonnée et balades à vtt au départ de la maison. Les deux chambres de l’étage sont suffisamment spacieuses pour accueillir des lits parapluie. Le dortoir est idéal pour des ados ayant envie d’un coin à eux. Une salle de bain à l’étage et salle d’eau au rdv, parfait quand plusieurs personnes cohabitent, il n’y a pas besoin de faire la queue pour pouvoir prendre sa douche.

Très belle maison avec une vue superbe, un bel espace de vie pour des retrouvailles en famille et un bon accueil. Toutefois une déception de notre côté car 4 chambres + 1 mezzanine sont précisées dans l'annonce... Hors c'est 3 chambres, 1 mezzanine et pour le dortoir il s'agit de combles aménagés avec des matelas au sol, accessibilité difficile pour des enfants en bas-âge qui se lèvent encore la nuit (échelle et petite porte), pas de chauffage, ni rideau --> inutilisable. Je le précise pour les familles qui comme dans notre cas auraient eu besoin de cette 4ème chambre. Hormis ce point je recommande!
