Loved the room. They had a great breakfast. Would stay again.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation so there was a paint smell in our room through most of the night. Otherwise I would probably give it an excellent rating. Staff was great. The lobby and great room were very inviting and had a very upscale appearance.

I stayed with my wife and four kids, in a suite with two double beds and a pull out couch. The queen beds were fine, but the pull out couch was horribly uncomfortable, the sheets weren't fitted (exposing the mattress every night), and the mattress was disgusting: when my six year old first saw it he shrieked "The bed has poop on it!" He was wrong (it wasn't poop) but a huge brown spot on the mattress really does dampen one's perception of cleanliness. The doors between the "bedroom" of the suite and the "couch room" of the suite were creaky; I called after my first night and asked for the hinges to be oiled, and the desk promised they would, and never did. Worse, this hotel has a poorly publicized policy of not housekeeping on the weekends except by special request. I only saw the sign when checking out, and no one bothered to mention it to me when checking in. Having not seen the fine print on the sign, I was surprised to return an unkempt room at 4pm on Saturday; I called to ask for cleaning before we all visited the pool, and the front desk said they'd let housekeeping know. When we returned to the room at 5:30pm it hadn't been cleaned. I called again to let the desk know we'd be stepping out for dinner. When we returned, they'd vacuumed and refilled the towels, but the beds were still unmade. So that was disappointing. The pool was unheated, which meant it was about 70 degrees. There used to be a hot tub, but it was filled with concrete. My kids were sad.

A great and comfortable place. The staff is friendly and helpful always ready to meet your request in a timely manner. Only, to remember that on weekends they have full room service ONLY if you ask for it. Their breakfast is great.

spacious, one bedroom suite. Close to a lot of restaurants and great for a family of 4.

If you want a weekend away in Sacremento this is your hotel! The kitchenette was complete with all the dishes etc you would need including pots and pans and dishwasher! The two bedrooms came with their own full bathrooms. Very nice looking pool. Located next to a shopping mall. I will probably go Christmas shopping in Sacremento and stay there!

Dd the trick would go again . Not the most luxurious place

Excellent value and wonderful rooms and value. Very useful kitchenette and nice size room. Good morning breakfast. Would recommend to anyone needing room in the area.

Nice place to stay if the price was cheaper. The room has no windows that ca be opened at all, something that I personally did t like at all.

This hotel was a last minute decision on a long trip and I was very happy to find it was as wonderful as it was. I had great service, large nicely furnished room with a kitchen and good price. The hotel is an easy drive to the airport but tucked away close to restaurants and shopping if needed. I recommend others check in.

Pleasant and much better than the surrounding hotels

Good location, convenient walking distance to several restaurants. The airport shuttle was convenient but the hotel was a bit far from the airport.

Fast, friendly, good service. The rate was perfect for the Cinco de Mayo weekend. No other hotel was close to Staybridge rates and quality. The rooms are always clean, spacious, nicely decorated. The rooms feel very relaxing. If traveling with children. Staybridge has 2 bedroom suites. The one bedroom king with the two queen bed, second bedroom, is great. So, that kids and parents can sleep separately and comfortably.

Very nice welcome. The rooms are spacious. Not far from Old Sacramento. Shopping malls, places to eat are walking distance from the hotel.

Surprise, on a great deal I got for a weekend stay in Sacramento. Great selection for breakfast, drinks, and snacks. Spacious King Suite. I always stay at the Staybridge when I visit Sacramento. Never disappointed here at the Stabridge.

This was a very nice hotel, centrally located, in a nice area of town. Very happy with this stay :)

The room was very clean, Nice pool and hot tub. The free breakfast was very good.. In the evening they had wine, beer , cheese, plus other stuff. Free.

Quick one day stay for business. No restaurant/bar, but plenty of places close by. Good breakfast buffet in the lobby. Front desk flexible & friendly. Close to SactoAirport.

I really enjoyed Staybridge Suites. I know for now on when I need to stay in Sacramento I will use Staybridge Suites. The rooms are nicely decorated, lots of room, complimentary breakfast and nightly manager's special events, you cannot go wrong for the price. It is located just walking distance from shopping centers. Old Sacrmento and downtown is less then 5 to 8 minute drive south from Staybridge Suites. The manager welcomed me, the check in was fast and courteous. You will not be disappointed if you stay at the Staybridge Suites. I was loyal to one hotel for the past year until now. It was worth paying 10 dollars more for this kind of service and rooms.Staybridge still holds a for an incidental fee towards your card. The fee was not much at all. You will never see it on your bill. I Double checked. The fee is mention if you book with [...]. It was not a problem for me.

I really like this hotel. It's the second time I stayed here. Great location. My only reservation is that I could hear my neighbor's television in my room.
