Half way house type property for those less fortunate. Sometimes the indigent are in a room, sometimes in a car in the lot. Sketchy people greet you at 7:30am with “gotta cigarette?”. No entry or exit from room without eyes on you from somewhere mostly from those cars or just standing around. My favorite was the half gallon of whiskey being sipped on from the bottle in the car next to mine while I was driving off property for coffee. (No coffee maker or front lobby coffee). Street side rooms are incredibly traffic noisy, don’t know about what mysteries the backside presents. Staff was nice but when I mentioned we were only given one replacement towel from housekeeping, they gave me only one more. No extra pillows were available and the ones in room were wafer thin and hard. Would not have known how dirty the floor was had we not gotten some shower spray on to it and wiped it up. What came up was disgusting as if the floor had not been mopped in weeks. Bed was ok and staff at least seemed friendly under what I’m sure are difficult moments with guests over the condition of this property.

I didn't like it was on a corner of 2 busy streets. The room was to small for having 2 double beds in there.

Door to room didn't have a security lock. We had someone very briefly and quickly knock at our door when we first arrived - followed by a hotel staff member opening our door without waiting for a response from us. He stated he thought the room was empty. It obviously wasn't. Hard to fall asleep when you don't feel safe in your room.

Room looked nice but was swarming with ants. Also, very loud next to the road.

I was surprised by the refreshed appearance of complex. Nice exterior paint job and the grassy area by fountain is nice. My last visit, the fountain was in dirt. The change to the room was immediately noticed. Like no carpet, mounted tv, old furniture looks to be cleaned and shined and drawers were clean. The nasty plastic tub was replaced with tile. The water pressure still low for shower and sink and shower head had soap clogging holes. The air conditioner was clean but the popcorn ceiling had a lot of dirt and spider webs. Overall, this visit was 100 times better than my last. No problems with wifi and no roaches...Very Nice Impovements!

Never got in to the hotel i reservation when i went to check in they told me they were all booked up

The toilet seat needed to be replaced. The bed was just an OK but considering the price I got the room for I can’t complain. Only complaint was the doors were shaky, when our neighbors closed their door our door would rather and it was annoying as they kept going in and iout.

Rooms smell like smoke. Odd people hanging outside. They light up the courtyard during the night. Not worth it.

I asked for a quiet room, which I thought I was accommodated, but then some guests were booked next to my room and they were very, very loud with music, standing outside on the phone, kids and a dog. They also yelled back and forth from the first floor to the second floor.

I decided to book this hotel, for my trip to Sacramento for Christmas given that it was the closest available hotel to where my family would be gathering. When I arrived to the hotel I was given the choice of choosing which side of the hotel to stay that was great. As soon as I walked into the room, first smell that hit me was the smell of cigarettes. I thought all rooms where non-smoking very dissapointed that my young kids had to stay in such a room. Oh well, the bed sheets had burn in them (apparently from cigarettes) when I undid the best the bed sheets had dirt stains in them, as well as the pillow covers. That really was what bugged me the most I decided to just not say anything given I had my own sheets to use. Overall disappointed with the hotel, but I will say the hotel staff front desk person was very nice and I don't have any complaints about that.

Passing through, needed a place to rest, room was dirty, towels had hair, noisy neighbors, felt like an unsafe area, will not be staying again!!!

Tiny (the smallest I've ever stayed in) rooms, on a super loud, busy street (heard sirens all night), bad, shady location...I think people live at this motel and in parking lot next to it. No amenities (iron, conditioner, kleenex, etc). Staff is not polite and doesn't care what room you booked, they just give you what they say is left.

We had someone very briefly and quickly knock at our door when we first arrived - followed by a hotel staff member opening our door without waiting for a response from us.
