Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This unit has been newly renovated and is very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. It is very safe and secure. The unit is keyless with 24 hour surveillance. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is close to the airport, university, downtown, old town, Capital and the Arden Mall, Cal Expo and Fairgrounds. There are countless restaurants, shops and centers close by as well as hiking trails and the river.
The newly renovated unit has 2 bedrooms with closets, 1 full bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. It is fully equipped with cooking supplies, linens, towels, etc. You also have access to a washer and dryer in the garage. A genie will be available for garage access.
You have access to the entire unit. There is a backyard connected for each unit as well as a designated garage with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a outside seating area for smoking. Please put cigarette butts in the designated ash trays and help to keep the property clean.
