Check in was a nightmare. The lock box is outside stacked up w\ many other lockboxes. The code I was given was the "old" code. It took an hour to get the correct code to get the fob that controls the elevator & doors. The staff is nice but is the building's not the Vrbo. The parking garage is on the side. Nice because the elevator goes right to the condos. Not very large parking spaces, don't rent a big car. The kitchen garbage can was outside the room, without a liner when I got there. The floor was visibly dirty & got my socks dirty asap. I mopped it. The washer/dryer closet is filthy. The coat closet is full to the top w/ things. Iron is broken. Remotes batteries were dead. Overall looks like the photos at first glance but it is dirty, walls, doors, shower glass. Trim is dinged & dented. I watered the plants. King size bed fitted sheet did not stay on the bed. I did manage to get one out of the locked cabinet. The refrigerator & oven were dirty. I hand washed the Brita water pitcher just because it looked sketchy, inside that fridge. There was protesting outside every night (as there should be) they stopped by 10pm. Once I got the hang of the key fob & garage down everything was fine. Although the garage door was stuck in the up position waiting for repair the entire time. I did not use any of the downstairs coffee or wine tasting. There is a "piped in" type of scent throughout the building & elevators. If you are smell sensitive it's aggressive. Not "luxury" much..
