Very loud room. Next to freeway I80. Hear card driving by all night long. Melted wax on floor.

Room was fine. Staff did not give correct information about plane shuttle.

I booked this hotel based on reviews online...and the proximity to where my main event was for the weekend...but when I went to check in the first day, I was surprised to see so many homeless people within a block of the hotel. It made me feel uncomfortable...to say the least...and I'm thankful I had my teenage son with me for protection. If I knew it was in this part of town, I would have booked elsewhere. The room was fine, as were the beds...the toilet took a few minutes to re-boot before you could flush it again...and the bottom of the shower base was "dirty" but doesn't look like it could be cleaned. I saw many folks taking their dogs for a potty break on the grassy area...didn't know the hotel allowed dogs. Not a problem, since I have a dog, but that was a surprise. Another surprise was the fact that it seemed like some homeless folks were a few doors down from me...and from the smell that came from that room, there were drugs being used. Kind of put a damper on my overall experience with my stay. All in all, the room was fine, but I didn't entirely feel safe in this part of town and in this hotel. I would not stay here again.

Hotel was inexpensive but kept up very nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room was beautiful..however, the bathroom door was in pretty bad shape, looked like someone spilled a cup of coffee and it was never wiped up.Turns out it was paint that had chipped off of the door.Very dirty looking

Quick overnight stay. Very good. I needed a nice facility close to Old Town Sacramento and close to the interstate. Mission accomplished.

Was some wait at the counter because there was only on person handling the reception. Room wasn’t that good, bathroom was not that clean and shower was not properly working.

The staff, room and breakfast were very pleasing. Breakfast was much more than anticipated. Staff were all so accommodating.

Room was nice and clean. Other hotel areas were also fine with a decent breakfast. We only stayed one night as we drove through town so for our purposes it was ok but area is not nice and I would've been leery of walking to the AM/PM (which is right next door) if I had to go alone and it wasn't daytime. hotel was a washer/dryer but no change machine so we had to ask the front desk who was nice but had only a limited amount of change.

I liked the hotel it's not brand new but it's still in pretty good shape

Im not going to stay this hotel in the future Goodbye

The location is in a sea of homeless people who are everywhere. Also had sketchy people comeing and going all night. We think a drug or prostitution operation was being operated next door with noise and door slams till 3:00 am. I didn't feel safe. Left early for a flight. Prople in parking lot at 3:30 am just sitting. Gang graffiti on ice machine. Not good.

If the location and price and bed accommodations are your priority, then go for it. But if you have other options, I would avoid this hotel. The room was not vacuumed and had that old cigarette smell, although smoking is (supposedly) forbidden on the premises. Pet friendly, which unfortunately means human unfriendly. Bums around the property, pushing around their shopping carts and using bushes as bathrooms. Having breakfast available on the premises is nice, with a good selection (waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal; bananas were available one of the three days we were there) but we were hardly able to enjoy it because so many others were staying at the hotel the breakfast was packed with kids so we had trouble getting a table and had to wait in line a long time. Small breakfast area not prepared for a lot of people to be staying at the hotel. Avoid the hardboiled eggs if you plan on being places other than the bathroom for the next hour. A barking dog was in the room next door. Abandoned, his owners were not there. Of course that is against the hotel's policy, but they did nothing to enforce it. We moved to another room late at night so we could try to get to sleep. Then police helicopter overhead for an hour, presumably looking for a prison fugitive around the premises.

The hot water barley worked in our room....asked for extra tows and sheets the maid had an attitude...

It was nice to be welcomed by the receptionist, who even if she was busy, took the time to acknowledge, our presence and ask us to please be patient since there were clients ahead of us. The room was clean and kept a a good temperature, ready to enjoy a good night sleep.

Nice, clean, upgraded porperty. Pillows were a little too fluffy for my comfort... other than that the place is priced well, good location

I could hear my neighbor through the wall while he was watching the game. Also, heard him get up in the middle of the night, pee, not flush or wash his hands, and then get back into the bed. I could hear the mattress as he laid down! They put me in a handicapped accessible room because I checked in early, there was NO showerhead on the wall, there was only a handheld nozzle. The cleaning staff didn't clean my sink and I was there for a week. Only reason I stayed is because I booked it through a third party vendor. The hotel is surrounded by homeless, but that seems typical in Sacramento. They weren't the problem, the hotel was!

Our experience has been very good since we have obtained what we need for this trip, take care of its quality of service which is very good

The staff was rude and unhelpful, except for one receptionist. First room we got, the tv was broken. The second room smelled of smoke and the coffee maker was broken as well. Many, many homeless around the hotel (and I'm from Detroit), bad neighborhood. Avoid like a bed bug!
