Carpet was super dirty and wet room smelt like piss

Worst stay in a hotel in my 53 yrs Pictures of room we're accurate, sorry with flies, roaches, and weed smoke throughout the halls. Then to top it off shooting and police arrived at hotel at 1:00am

The property looked nothing like the pictures. I will have to do a better job researching the hotel I stay at next time.

I know was during COVID 19 times. So no maid service. But hallways smelled awful of cigarette smoke. Plus really seedy people staying there. Also neighborhood had so many homeless with garbage in streets

The worst place we ever stayed at. Outside area of the property is full of homeless folks. Parking lot has cars in various stages of repair or people working on their cars. Suspicious activity- most likely drug dealing. Landscaping inside of property is neglected, burnt out grass and full of dried dog shit. Room is in a run-down condition. Stained carpet and wet spots on carpet- most likely actively leaking pipes or water damage. Room phone broken, smoke detector ripped off the ceiling- we found it on the floor. Room Smelled bad. Overall a very unpleasant stay. Left as early as we could in the morning. The bagged breakfast was at least on a decent level that included some healthy choices like yogurt and apple.

The hotel seemed decent inside but the exterior and area was pretty “sketchy.” Random trash, broken fences, and homeless people loitering were all present in the parking lot. We didn’t feel that it was even SAFE to park our car with no security. We ended up NOT STAYING and found another hotel.

Too many homeless persons lingering around and noisy cars parked right at my window late at night.

The property looks very run down, needs to be remodeled very badly! The carpet in the room was so stained and filthy! The couch was pulled a little away from the wall and behind it was SO dirty. The couch was old and dirty, I could not bring myself to sit on it. The front desk moved me to a different room on the 3rd floor. Broken elevator. No air conditioning. I canceled my stay and went to the Hampton. This hotel was the second Wyndham I have had a horrible experience with. The one on Boston by the airport was just as bad, not even hot water!!! I will not be recommending them to anyone!

Was not a fan of the dirty linens and trash in the hallways. The whole place could use a mop and bleach.

This place is badly in need of a remodel. One of the buildings in the back is actually boarded up. The hallway to my room had a horrible smell, and they were cigarette butts on the floor. The carpet in the room is badly stained and looked filthy as did the cushions on the two chairs and on the couch. Fortunately the bed and pillows were clean. Sometimes staff was responsive other times not. I had some heavy luggage and the elevator was broken. I was told there's no access to the other elevator. The grounds around the building gates and the stairways were filthy. We're in the middle of a pandemic during my stay, and neither the staff nor most other guests were wearing masks or practicing social distancing. Also I can't even rate breakfast because that was also very different than normal. I got a green banana, warm orange juice in a very tiny box, warm yogurt, which I didn't risk eating, and a pre-packaged Otis Spunkmeyer blueberry muffin. So the bright points were the bed and towels were clean, and it was reasonably quiet. The staff was friendly.

This is. Enter characterized as a motel. It’s an old apartment building converted to a hotel. The hallways and room smelled like sewage and drying paint. There were so many stains on the carpet I was not comfortable walking barefootEd. The hotel is in a sketchy part of town. On the corner is a gas station that seems to foster many homeless people. One homeless person walked I to the hotel lobby while I was checking in. So disappointing. Stay away from this place. The staff was nice. That’s the only good news.

Loved the breakfast. Excellent lemon water always available.

Room reeked of musty smell. Smoke detector wires hanging out of ceiling. Refrigerator was noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was good.

I have stayed at this facility many times. This time, our hotel rooms were dirty, clogged showers and sinks. We had a toilet overflow and I called down for a plunger or repair individual. I was told it would be about an hour. After 3 hours I called the front desk and the person I spoke to let me know they don't have an evening repair man, even though I was told one was available. I asked for a plunger so I could fix the problem on my own. The same person said he could not help me and hung up on me. Very rude. Very disappointed in this visit
