Louisville House: Charming 3-bedroom house in Russellville with Wi-Fi and AC

The space is a well-kept, clean home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a garage. It is centrally located and has everything you need for a stay away from home. Guests have the entire house to themselves. It is ideal for traveling medical personnel and other professionals staying together, while working in Russellville and the surrounding areas. The home is not toddler/small child proof. The driveway has room for 2 vehicles. The home has three bedrooms that all have new mattresses and pillows. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed; Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 3 has a full-size bed. There is Wi-Fi and four Smart TVs located in all of the bedrooms and living area. The kitchen has appliances and there is a washer and dryer on site for use. The living area has comfortable furniture for leisure and relaxing. The two bathrooms have showers and bathtubs. Our guests will have peace of mind during their stay because the house is protected with 4 outside cameras. The guest will self-check in and have full use of the entire house.

Other things to note:
Guests will find a starter kit of toiletries, paper products and cleaning supplies in the home. Guests who stay longer than 2-3 days will need to purchase their own supplies when the starter kit is depleted. There is a gas grill on site for you to use. (the tank may need to be taken to a gas station and exchanged for a full tank; we do not furnish the gas).
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Berrie was so accommodating and really thought of everything to make my stay feel perfect. The house is in a great spot—right off 40 and only a few minutes from anything you need in Russellville. The home was super clean, and the neighbors were just as friendly. Will be returning in the spring!

The house was great for what we needed! Location was convenient, the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was the floors weren’t very clean. I notified the owner when we got there. Unfortunately, he didn’t receive the notification until our check out. He was going to discuss it with the cleaners and offered a discount for a future stay to make it right. We would definitely stay there again.

Property and home were fine. Only a few issues. 1. The “king size” bed is just 2 twins pushed together making it very uncomfortable. Lucky my wife and I were able to stay in a different room as we only had 3 adults. 2. The lawn was unkept and needed maintenance. 3. The products supplied are very limited. 4 rolls of toilet tissue for 2 bathrooms and only 2 laundry detergent pods and one is reserved for washing the white towels before we leave which only leaves us with one.
