Vorab. Wir sind nicht besonders pingelig, bes. aus Skandinavien viel gewöhnt und waren hauptsächlich wandern/klettern. Positiv: - Sauberkeit - sehr freundliche Verwalterin - Ruhpolding fußläufig zu erreichen Negativ: - sehr harte Matratzen im Hauptschlazimmer - kleines Zimmer ist winzig ( eher Kammer) - Balken in ca. 1,60m Höhe im Randbereich der Wohnung, dadurch viel nicht nutzbarer Raum (50% des Bades, 3er Sofa, Geschirrschrank etc.) - "sehr spezieller" Nachbar

Bis auf die doch sehr harten Betten gab es nichts auszusetzen. Gute Kommunikation mit der Schlüsselhalterin. Man sollte wissen, dass zwei Treppen nach oben in die Wohnung zu bewältigen sind. Unsere Einschätzung: Empfehlenswert
