Idyllic Kågården with Skovsgaard nature retreat

Close to the sea and protected nature lies Kågården. A charming and idyllic house located in scenic surroundings on Naturdestination Skovsgaards land. Here you can enjoy a unique view of the estate's protected meadows and wild pastures, which are home to both cattle and wild horses. With only 200 meters to Påø Beach, a unique location by protected nature and a few kilometers to Skovsgaard's main buildings, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature and explore wild nature experiences.



The farmhouse is charming with classic sash windows, beautiful old wooden floors and plenty of natural light. Open the living room's double doors in summer and invite nature inside while enjoying the evening sun and views of the protected meadows and wildlife. On cold days, retreat inside, fire up the wood-burning stove and gather in front of it for a cup of hot chocolate after a scenic walk with flushed cheeks.



The area around Nature Destination Skovsgaard is full of experiences. Take a walk through the 250 hectares of wild pastures, visit the main buildings or take the kids on a hunt for exciting species in nature. With only 200 meters to the sea, you can also enjoy a swim or just the fantastic view of the Langelands Belt.



It is very important that all pets are kept on a leash when in the wild pastures.

The farm is situated in a beautiful natural settin...

The farm is situated in a beautiful natural setting, but generally needs some TLC. Some interior doors won’t close properly, door handles are loose and fall off, windows are drafty (wasting energy and not in line with the owner’s values), and a fresh coat of paint would work wonders. In the event of a renovation, it would be beneficial to have a toilet and shower on the first floor, so that the house is better suited for the 12 beds.
