Ladies and Gentlemen - please may I add my voice to those who have similarly been drawn into this scam. It is negligent and culpable of Hotels.com to allow fraudsters to use its site to extract money from users. Whilst the address may exist (albeit with a different name - Worchester Villa rather than Village) be assured the lights will be out when you arrive, you will not receive a key code and your money will have been taken by some cold hearted, empty souled scoundrels. Do not book and, if you have the time and inclination, fight to contact the leadership of Hotels.com to tell them their complicit toleration of this kind of behaviour is making you think twice about where you look for accommodation. Perhaps then they will take action. Perhaps.
