Keeper's Lodge is a purpose built, modern ground floor apartment in a stunning rural location.
Expect a warm welcome and a selection of freshly prepared cakes and biscuits on arrival. We welcome well behaved dogs (max 2) to this perfect location to explore the beautiful West Sussex and Hampshire countryside and coastline.

The apartment is tastefully finished to the highest standard and offers modern and user friendly facilities throughout. Enjoy high thread count cotton bed linen and ample towels, free Wi-Fi and modern flat screen Free-sat smart TV (150 channels), a practical and modern kitchen with an electric oven, hob, fridge and microwave.

Stay cosy with easy to control underfloor heating. The bathroom boasts
a generous walk in shower and heated towel rail. Enjoy direct access through French doors to a pretty secluded patio and lawn to complete this intimate and secluded space.

A welcome pack of tea and coffee and all those cupboard and fridge basics awaits your arrival. Should you require any specific provisions, celebratory champagne or need to personalise your visit in some way we are very happy to discuss this with you prior to your visit (additional charges may apply).

Your booking includes one free parking space (any parking required for additional vehicles during your stay must be agreed prior to arrival ) Electric gates provide added security.

This is the ideal place to enjoy a special occasion or a trip to the world renown Goodwood Estate for 'The Festival of Speed ','The Goodwood Revival' or the many horse racing events. Other popular nearby attractions include Chichester Festival Theatre, The Weald and Down Land Living Museum, West Dean Gardens, Chichester Harbour and Portsmouth Dockyard. (home of HMS Victory). Explore on foot or cycle in The South Downs National Park or neighbouring Stansted Estate or visit the beautiful coastline, beaches, nature reserves and many surrounding historic towns and villages.

Well behaved dogs are welcome (maximum of 2 small dogs or one no bigger than a Labrador) do make sure you add them when making your booking (we make a small charge but they will be spoilt as much as you).
Please be aware your dog must never be left unattended in the apartment or garden during your stay.


We provide secure storage for bicycles by prior arrangement.
With regret we are unable to accommodate children under 18.
We are currently unable to provide charging facilities for electric vehicles.
