Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a spacious entryway that leads to a large open living, kitchen and dining area. This spacious and well-appointed living area has all the modern amenities. The heart of the home is this expansive living space and serves as the hub for relaxation and entertainment with zero corner sliding glass doors seamlessly connecting the indoors to the outdoors.

The outdoor living space is complete with a sparkling pool, poolside lounge and outdoor dining area. The built-in outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, sink and refrigerator makes meal preparation a breeze while open-air dining becomes a delight amidst the lush greenery and serene surroundings of the golf course.

The indoor kitchen has been stocked just like home with everything you’ll need. Den/office provides refuge for reading or office work activities.

The home features a split floor plan. The large and spacious master bedroom has a king bed, walk-through tile shower and ample drawer and closet space. The master has direct access to the pool and outdoor living space. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with twin beds (two twin beds) provide comfortable bedding and plenty of closet/storage space. A second full bathroom accessible from both guest bedrooms and the patio, ensures convenience for all. All three bedrooms have smart TVs on swiveling mounts for easy viewing.

Entertainment options abound with a ping pong table, cork dartboard, pickle ball paddles, and putters for the green when golfers are done. Also, two bicycles are provided as well as beach chairs, cooler, toys, and shark tooth rakes.

Linens, bedding, bath and beach towels are provided for your convenience. Front loading washer and dryer are also included for your use. Additionally, the pool is heated for Jan-March for your comfort during cooler months for an additional fee.

The house was fantastic! It had everything anybody could possibly need while away from home. The pool was very well maintained and warm for the entire month of February.The bikes, ping pong table and dart board made for some very good times as well. Located on a golf green added a bit of fun watching the golfers pass by every day.The entire area is a great place to visit. I highly recommend it.
