The only reason I gave the accuracy a 4 star review is because the place is SO MUCH BETTER than the pictures even show. My fiance and I were thoroughly impressed by the home as well as the neighborhood. Very pet friendly and so close to all the neat Roswell attractions. I will definitely try to stay here again on my next visit!

Great house in Roswell NM. It is fairly new and well maintained place and if you love chickens (like I do!) you will be in heaven. The three bedrooms are very nice and the bathrooms have everything you need in a VRBO. The backyard was great for our mini poodle. It is close to the town center although not walking distance if that is important to you. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.

Nice Property

We were unable to stay due to a family emergency, but our son, daughter-in-law and grandkids were able to continue on the vacation. The property is perfect for our overnight stay. We will book again. Vanessa is a wonderful host and is very responsive.

What a pleasant surprise.

Clean. Well appointed. Comfortable. Allows dogs. Easy communication. This was a home we actually felt at home in, not just a rental where they’ve dumped all of their trash kitchen-ware and only leave one roll of toilet paper and no extra trash bags. Thank you for such a nice stay.
