Плохой отель

На сайте отеля указан бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта в отель. На самом деле когда вы прилетите то узнаете что никакого трансфера нет. Проезд на такси из аэропорта обойдется вам в дополнительные 900 рублей. Указанных в описании тапочек и гигиенического набора также нет. Полотенца для ног нет. Заменить грязное полотенце не удастся до вашего выезда (куда бы вы его не положили, хоть на пол , хоть под дверь номера). В номере горничная не убирает все время вашего проживания (даже если вы попросите об этом на ресепшене). Простынь которая была застелена была порвана. Звукоизоляция отсутствует полностью. Всю ночь кто-то бродит по коридору. Такое ощущение как будто сам спишь в этом коридоре. Шведский стол на завтрак то вообще что-то. Чай, бутерброд с колечком колбасы (самый дешевый сервелат который только можно найти в Ростове-на-Дону), булочка и овсяные хлопья. Все. Можете выбирать.

Katastrofální snídaně. Suchá buločka a čaj.Někdy suchá veka s kolečkem salámu a sýrem.Musli a jogurt. Za celých 10 dní se snídaně neměnila. Vše musíte držet v ruce, protože tam není stůl.Výhled z okna do odpadu po stavbě. Výhledu z okna brání vysoká zeď a před ní odpadky. Na pokoji tma, musí se svítit i ve dne. Vše slyšet přes stěnu i prostý obyčejný hovor.( O intimních zvucích nemluvě(. Wifi na pokoji se neustále vypíná , dobře pracuje pouze na recepci.

Достойный отель и шикарное обслуживание!

Красивый, современный отель! Расположение отличное. Очень удобная кровать в номере. В ванной комнате душевая кабинка. Сервис на высшем уровне! Отдельно порадовал персонал отеля, очень приветливые девочки, все быстренько объяснили и показали. Утром накормили вкуснейшим сытным завтраком! Всем рекомендую выбор данного отеля.

Приятный милый отель, все понравилось, за исключением того, что проживали в двухместном номере, а полотенце всего лишь одно на 2 человека, мелочь, но не приятно.
