Gerne wieder

Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, aber man hat alles was braucht. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist sehr zentral: in nur wenigen Minuten ist man in der Haupteinkaufsstraße ... Gastronomie fast vor der Tür. Ein winziger Kritikpunkt: ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien wären schön (z.B. SCHARFE Messer)

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt ist super

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist für ältere Leute - wir sind über 70 - die steile Treppe, vor allem mit Koffern ist sie schwer zu besteigen.

FeWo im Herzen Rostocks

Wunderbar in der Altstadt gelegene Wohnung, kleine Nebenstraßen, unweit von Restaurants und öff. Nahverkehr. Sehr freundliche, reaktionsschnelle und umsichtige Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Der Wohnung selbst würde mal eine Renovierung gut tun, aber es war noch ok. Stellplatz für PKW wenige Minuten zu Fuß auf ruhigem Parkplatz, war super.
