We liked our stay overall. We did receive 2 phone calls and an email asking us to cancel our stay because they were full. We didn’t see the email because our phone service doesn’t work well in foreign countries. So we showed up for our reservation and we were the only 3 people staying at the place. We were very confused about that. The place otherwise is very nice and could be a great venue for events too. I hope they do well. The owner was very welcoming and gave us some tips on where to eat and what to see.Wishing them the best!

Dejligt ophold på Svaleholm Gaard

Vi var afsted som familie. To store værelser, med gode senge, lyst og fint. Fint og hyggeligt sofaområde og køkken. Flere toiletter med brusebad. Hyggelig gårdmiljø. Træterrasser med hyggeligt lys om aftenen. Gode parkeringsforhold. Rigtig fin service. Det var nemt at køre ind til Roskilde hvor vi har vores familie.

Fint bemötande

Familj på tre med hund bokade ett rum, bokningsansvarig (jag) missade att rummet endast innehöll en dubbelsäng. Svårt att trycka ner 2 vuxna, en 12-åring och en hund i. Detta löste vår värdinna galant genom att bjuda på ett extrarum. Rent och fräscht, stora rum. Rekommenderas varmt.

Dejligt sted, stille og roligt hvor der er gode fælles faciliter som sofaområder, stort fælleskøkken med bl.a. køleskab, ovn og airfryer mv. Undenfor er der en stor træterrasse med en del bord/bænkesæt til fælles brug. Gratis parkering. Alle pengene værd.

Super god service og meget imødekommende

Vi brugte det som overnatning til Roskilde festival. Det fungerede super, til en god pris. Der er et fælleskøkken og lille sofaområde som vi benyttede inden vi tog ud på pladsen. Perfekt til mange vennepar/venner der gerne vil sove på samme lokation.

Ok, med masser af plads til forbedringer.

Ganske venlig personale, men sku vente 20 min for at blive lukket ind, selv efter aftale. Håndtag til værelset faldt af, stikkontakt i værelset sad løs, men ellers et nydeligt værelse. Rengøring i værelset var ok, men der var beskidt og fyldt med hår i bruseren.

En skuffende oplevelse

Vi blev meget skuffet. Bl.a. komme der først en person for at lukke os ind på værelset en halv time efter aftalte tidspunkt. Det tog tid, at få kontakt med dem. Hende, som viste os værelse og opholdsfaciliteter havde svært ved at forstå og tale dansk. Betalingen fungererede heller ikke særlig godt. Der var kun en seng og en meget lille kommode på værelse. Værelset, vi fik, lå lige ud til landevejen. Vi kunne høre al trafikken højt og tydeligt. En storfamilie invaderede det fælles opholdrum, så der ikke var plads til andre. Jeg har nok ikke forstået rigtigt ved booking, at der ikke var tilhørende bad/toilet til hvert værelse. Der var også meget lyt indenfor. Kunne tydeligt høre, når andre gæster gik ud og ind af deres værelser samt badeværelserne. Vi fik ikke sovet ret meget den nat. I forhold til det, som blev tilbudt ved opholdet er prisen alt for høj. Desværre kan jeg derfor ikke give nogen god anbefaling til fremdige overnattende gæster.

Et gudsforladt sted….

Langt ude af den mørke landevej fandt vi frem til dette gudsforladte sted. På det iskolde værelse, som bar præg af manglende rengøring gik vi til køjs i en slidt op seng. På det fælles badeværelse som også kunne bruge en hovedrengøring var der dog varmt vand i hanerne. Absolut ikke et sted der kan anbefales.
