This was the best rental I have been in. Everything was clean, the house was extremely well stocked toiletries and kitchen materials. The host was very responsive when we had trouble finding the house.The brownies that were left for us were also delicious!

Lorraine was wonderful to communicate with. Fantastic location.

This property is just a stone's throw from Devil's Backbone. Great location and the owner was very prompt with communication. Will stay here again.

Brand new, nice and tucked away. Really close to Devils Backbone and Bold Rock among many other things. Overall a great choice if visiting the area!

Mountain Hideaway

The cottage was beautiful and perfect for our family to celebrate Christmas. It was fully stocked with all that we needed and the location was quiet. Lorraine was a wonderful host and had the cottage ready with the fireplace already on and even had brownies waiting for us! We even got to see some snow! We would absolutely stay again!!

We enjoyed the whole house! The porch, the living room and kitchen were perfect for our family. We enjoyed the fire pit and all of the amenities the home had to offer. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make our stay very comfortable! Thank you!

Fantastic cabin!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we are definitely planning on coming again! This cabin is the perfect size for a little getaway, it’s quiet, very clean, and has everything you need for your stay. The location has beautiful scenery and all the amenities you will ever need. You can clearly see all the personal touches and care that the host, Lorraine, has put into this great little place. If we could give more than five stars, we would!

Immaculate home on a beautiful location

Everything in the home seemed to be brand new. The home was very clean and colorful, and the location on top of the hill was secluded and beautiful. It is situated up the street from Devil's Backbone and only a 15-minute drive to Wintergreen Resort. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!

We stayed here for a girls trip and it did not disappoint! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved hanging out on the screened in porch and being tucked back into the woods with beautiful scenery! We also enjoyed being so close to devils backbone and bold rock. Lorraine was awesome, responded promptly, and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Just Wow

My sister and I took our older parents to visit Dad's family in Nelson County. We typically stay with a cousin down in Arrington, but opted for a VRBO this time. I can't say enough incredible things about this property and owner. It is so clean we checked the roster to see if we were the forst guests to stay! (We weren't, but we will definitely return!)
