The bed was quite old and worn. Springs were very noticeable and uncomfortable. The shower was great! The pressure and hot water were just right. I liked the hot breakfast. The pet area was terrible. Dogs hate fake grass it smells and it seemed like the pee pools up on the fake grass.

Great value for an overnight stay. Clean rooms and breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and available items. They provide earplugs but I found it so quiet and my dog crashed for 12 hours straight when he usually wakes up at the smallest sounds. Lisa was wonderful at check in. I didn't get the names of the other staff but everyone was kind and quick to help.

Terrible experience. The first room had a disgusting smell, so they moved me to another one — but it was also very smelly and uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the strong odor. On top of that, when I first arrived to check in, a dog suddenly ran toward me in the lobby area. It was very scary and unprofessional for a hotel to have an unleashed dog around guests. Overall, this place is completely unacceptable — dirty rooms, bad smell, and no safety for guests. I will never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast included sausage and eggs. The rooms were very clean and updated. Guessing this was an older hotel that was revamped by Best Western and they did a great job it's all encapsulated in its own Courtyard

The hotel itself looks pretty nice and it’s in fairly good shape. Couldn’t find an ice machine, even though it said ice machine this way.The room was pleasant, but the floor did need to be mopped and we left a note saying that. The staff at the desk was friendly as was the gal in the breakfast area, but the sausages were cold and there were only two left. She did bring more out in a little bit and they were hot. Would like to see more variety in the breakfast and a little more time taken mopping the room.

This is an old BW that needs renovating. Bath faucet leaked and fell off. Not warm enough blankets. Floorboards and windows appeared not very clean. Musty smell in room. No instructions for TV. Refrigerator froze the food.

Having a breakfast available on site. I would have liked to use the hot tub but it was shut down also I had hoped to swim but pool wasn't heated. I also liked having a room next to the office due to my disability.
