In a Mas Provencal, independent 3-room apartment facing south, classified as 4 stars by the Tourism Office, air-conditioned, large swimming pool in landscaped garden, unobstructed view of the hills and glimpse of the sea. Benefiting from a privileged and very quiet location, 5 minutes by car from the beaches, restaurants, shops and port of Les Issambres, and 15 minutes from the port of Sainte Maxime. This 70m² 3-room apartment includes 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, living room-kitchen opening onto the covered patio and the private terrace.
A parking space and a type 2 car charging station are available.
Very well equipped and comfortable for 4 people. The spacious bedrooms and the living room have reversible air conditioning. - Bedroom 1: a large 160x200 bed (2 x 80x200 electrically adjustable, independent) - Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds of 90x190 that can be assembled into a King size 180x190 on request. - The living room includes an open kitchen, a large dining table, lounge with a large smart TV and digital bouquet as well as a Google Nest mini smart speaker. The fireplace is decorative, not functional.
The kitchen is very well equipped: American fridge (freezer, water dispenser, ice maker), dishwasher, double compartment oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, Nespresso capsule espresso machine/l'Or du café, toaster, kettle etc.
The bathroom includes: walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet, washer-dryer.
Wi-Fi (very fast fiber), is available free of charge throughout the property including the swimming pool and almost the entire property.
A parking space. and type 2 car charger are available on site (energy not included in the rental).
The house has an apartment upstairs occupied by the owners.
The swimming pool with salted water (does not sting the eyes) is shared with the owners. Exclusivity periods can be set. The pool house (not inhabited) is not included in the rental.
Household linen is provided on request.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday for July and August. Please contact us for other periods.

Wonderful week's stay...
Le Mas du Soleil is a little piece of heaven. This is a fantastic location with a comfortable updated living space, fully-equipped kitchen, and lots of bedroom space. The Master bedroom even has an adjustable bed for lounging at night. The outdoor space is comfortable and has breath-taking views. We enjoyed the lovely pool and surrounding seating area. The nearby towns and beaches are a pleasure to visit. Yves and Françoise were exceptional hosts. They were very accommodating and helped us with every need while also giving us much privacy. We can't say enough good things about our stay. Highly recommended!!!

Der Aufenthalt in der Mas du Soleil war exzellent! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft - alles war sauber und perfekt für für unseren Urlaub vorbereitet. Die Betreuung durch Yves und Francoise war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und somit ebenfalls perfekt. Das Haus sowie die Gastgeber konnten den sehr positiven Eindruck aus dem Online-Auftritt mehr als bestätigen. Die Wohnung und der Pool haben uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub ermöglicht. Vielen Dank dafür!
