Regina's Cottage was better than the pictures! Very clean, incredibly convenient location and everything was as promised. We were missing one kayak paddle and one was brought to us in the morning. Beautiful location and house. Would go again and stay here specifically.

Beautiful lake views. Private access to Cayuga Lake. We used the kayaks provided and our own paddle boat. Sunrise views from the back deck/dock are spectacular. Very clean and fully stocked.

Overall, it was a beautiful property! We loved the view of the lake and easy access to the water. My kids enjoyed playing with the various floats available for the water. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

My husband and I loved this cute bit of heaven on the water! The house was very clean and modern. Loved the record player in the living room. Beds were comfy. Very relaxing spot to stay. We had rain all weekend, but it was as still nice to sit by the windows and watch the water after a day of hiking/wineries. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Regina's Cottage

Beautiful location on the water, easy parking, short distance from car to door! The view and deck are wonderful and having a grill was a plus. Dock is in great shape with easy access to the water. Kitchen has more than everything you need. Surprised a dishwasher was there! A/C was appreciated in this heat! The only issue was that the shower had dark hair in it (I was the first to shower) on the walls and when I went to clean the drain, there was a lot of it. Pretty gross. No way it was cleaned prior to our arrival. Other, than that, it was pretty perfect!

Quiet and calm

This property was the perfect size for my husband and I. We could have hosted a couple friends as well. The property is well appointed and comfortable. The last house on the street, it is fairly private on one side as well. When we had questions the rental company was quick to get us our answers.

Memorial/ Graduation wknd

Fantastic location and well taken care of. Very nicely decorated and has everything listed and more. I gave a 4 on cleanliness only because of all the cobwebs. I would suggest having a broom outdoors to help guests remove these pesky webs. Also a removeable shower head might improve the shower forguests who are a bit taller. Overall this is a fabulous place and would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for providing all the little extras like games and records for the record player. All the items to kayak and the beautiful dock were so enjoyable. We had a great weekend celebrating our son, away from the craziness of Cornell and downtown Ithaca. It was an easy drive and easy to get to!! And the view from your locations is spectacular! Thank you!!!

Long Weekend Getaway

Wonderful time at Regina's Cottage. Beautiful spot on the lake, conveient drive to local waterfalls and places of interest, relaxing fires by the lake in the evenings. The house was clean and comfortable!

a lovely spot

the place is so great! we loved it! it’s nicely furnished. comfortable, clean and just overall a great place to stay! we would definitely recommend this and may like to return! my husband and son enjoyed the kayaks and swimming. we met neighbors and sat by the fire pit one night. it’s just so gorgeous! the only thing i personally wished for was a dishwasher but i understand it won’t work there and doing dishes wasn’t too bad! overall it’s beautifully decorated and so many thoughtful touches like charging cords fir phones and a record player! i love this rental!

Lovely but...

We certainly enjoyed our time at Regina's Cottage. It is beautifully appointed inside and we loved the artwork throughout. The view is certainly breathtaking! One suggestion would be to have access to some sort of user manual. We were confused about how to work the TV along with the cute little record player as well as air conditioner controls. Finally, we were actually appalled by the cobwebs covering the outside of the house. They were everywhere including the front door. Not sure what the solution to this is, power washing maybe, but it should certainly be addressed as we found it really uninviting. As a side note, the neighbors did not appear to have the same problem.

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a great weekend getaway at Regina's Cottage. The house came exactly as advertised with a nice clean and modern feel while being directly on Lake Cayuga. I only really had two issues with the house. The first is that the door lock code I was given for check-in did not work. I had to call the rental office for a new code. It was a minor enough issue -- only took about 5-10 minutes to get a new code -- but it's now happened both times I've rented a place managed by Finger Lakes Premier Properties. Not sure what would have happened if I weren't able to check in until later at night. The second, again minor, issue was with the kitchen. It came fully furnished for use -- oven, stove, pots, pans, etc. -- but was lacking any type of seasoning. Just a simple selection of salt, pepper, basic seasonings, etc., would have gone a long way towards making the kitchen feel more useful. Outside of that I would recommend the property to others as I feel the issues I had are minor enough and likely would not impact most renters.
