The apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms with bathroom en suite and another full bathroom outside the bedrooms with bath tube. It is 1750 square feet with 4 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 balcony (2 on the main street). Available a terrace for the exclusive use of the customers, NOT on the same floor of the apartment, to eat outside on the rooftops of Rome and with a nice sightseeing on the Vatican area and Monte Mario Astronomical Observatory. The guest can enjoy the terrace for a relaxing sunbathing waiting to visit the next tourist site or drinking a glass of wine while enjoying a nice view of Rome.
The apartment is at the first floor of a building from the early 1900s (many architectonic elements of the property are original from the early 1900s). The apartment is located in one of the main street of the Vatican area and is just in front of one of the best and famous indoor Market in Rome, just a few blocks from Vatican Museum and 5 minutes from the Subway.
Each room is supply with air-conditioning and linen and in every bathrooms there is, hairdryer, towels, shampoo and shower gel.
The kitchen is fully equipped and come up with all the spices, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee and much more.

It was perfect in every way. The apartment was lovely -- exactly as it looks in the photos. The location was the best! We walked everywhere. We stayed for almost 4 weeks and really felt like we lived in Prati. The owner, Francesca, gave us a tour of the food market across the street and she showed us the best place to get coffee and pastries in the morning. The kitchen was fully equipped and, when our son's family stayed with us, i cooked several meals. We travel ALOT and this was one of our top travel experiences. We definitely will be back. We miss it already.

Host was very helpful. Location was superb! Apartment was beautifully appointed, updated to include modern conveniences but there were some appliance issues during our stay, mainly with the dishwasher. The washing machine is a washer/dryer combo so the cycles take longer but there are heating racks to hang dry clothes. Francesca was responsive and helpful, and even gave us a personal tour of the Trionfale Mercato with some excellent recommendations for food sources. Easy walking distance to Vatican. Safe neighborhood. Stayed with husband and three kids and we were all comfortable with bedroom/bathroom space.

The apartment is as described and pictured. Great location and within minutes to Vatican. The accommodation was great for 4 adults. Host was easy to reach when needed. Apartment is very clean but can use some refreshing on paint and furnishings. Would stay here again.

What an incredibly beautiful, clean and huge apartment! The views from the rooftop garden are amazing especially at sunset. Apartment is stocked with everything you need from coffee to toiletries! Photos for listing are as you see them, however the 4 bathrooms are enormous and the tiling is just beautiful. The location is perfect for touring the Vatican and other nearby sites! Restaurants galore, a mercato across the street. This is an apartment that has everything you could want.

Everything from top to bottom was seamless. The place was EXACTLY as described and as shown in the photos. Plenty of room for our family of 5 with 3 young adult/adult children. We only wished we were here longer. It was easy to get anywhere from this apartment. Francesca was extremely responsive and kind with each question I had. This property was one of the best stays my family and I have ever been to. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine had a drying option. The metro was at walking distance. The Vatican can was 10 min walk. The owners kept in touch and check in on us to make sure everything was ok. The beds were sooooo comfortable. The 4 bathrooms so nice. We had so much space for all 7 people travelling with us. I would go back here in a heart beat. What a beautiful apartment. Felt like a dream.

Fantastic Home and Incredible Location!

This home was perfect for our family and an excellent place to come back to after long days exploring the Eternal City! Francesca was very effective at communicating and accommodating by allowing us to drop off our luggage at the apartment when we arrived several hours before check-in.
